Important notice and policies

Dear Parents,

NEW VENUE

Joy Quest Education is moving to a new location! Starting from 1st January 2016, all lessons will be conducted at Block 152 Bishan Street 11 #01-215 (Second floor).

Students can take bus 410G, 54 or 56 from Bishan Bus Interchange and alight at the second bus stop.

After which, they have to walk towards a T Junction and cross the road to reach Block 152.

MAKE UP LESSONS POLICY

With effect from 2016, should your child require make up lesson due to school events/medical reasons/other appropriate reasons, your child will only be granted to do a make up lesson if at least one of the following conditions is fulfilled:

Inform me at least 48 hours in advance for school events and at least 24 hours in advance for other reasons.
I have made changes to the schedule and your child is unable to make it.
In the event when your child is unable to make it at the original time slot, he/she can arrange for a make up lesson. He/she can only shift the make up lesson if there is a strong valid reason such as medical reasons/school events. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Should your child is unable to meet any of the conditions, the lesson will be forfeited and charged as per normal. This is to ensure that your child will keep a high level of commitment and responsibility towards the class. I seek for your kind understanding as make up lessons can cause severe dire effect to your child’s learning progress.

PAYMENT POLICY

Do note that all tuition fees have to be made on the first week of the month. Any late payment of fees can result in late payment charges. Should you have any issue with the payment policy, please feel free to address it to me.
